Beautiful yellowish varnish. An excellent choice for someone studying the cello.

"My first interaction with the Maestoso cello made me realize that it is a special quality instrument. The sound of the instrument is big and rich in both the upper and lower registers. Playing it feels easy and it's as if the cello itself is doing half the work. Considering that for a student it is not yet easy to invest a lot of money in a cello, I am especially happy to have found such a great instrument for a reasonable price. A cello with which I can develop as a musician.
